These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Little Forest Flowers ("we" or "us") and apply to any purchases made from or orders placed with us.

1.2 Availability: Our Products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure timely delivery and the freshest appearance of our Products. If any part of the Product is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item without prior notice.
1.3 Images: The images of Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual Products delivered may differ due to availability and variations in floral arrangements.
1.4 Substitution: In the event of unavailable flowers and foliage, they will be substituted with similar items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetics, without prior notice.
2. Placing an Order
The steps required to place your order and create a contract of sale between you and us are as follows:
2.1 Order Process: You will be guided through the order placement process by instructions on our website. Your order is placed by pressing the 'Place Order' button at the end of the checkout. This constitutes an offer to buy a Product from us.
2.2 Discounts: If you have a voucher, promotion, or discount code, please enter it during the checkout process for it to be valid.
2.3 Order Acknowledgement: We may acknowledge receipt of your order via email, telephone, or text message. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
2.4 Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted, and a contract of sale is created when we send you a confirmation via email, telephone, or text message.
2.5 Fulfillment: Our obligations under the contract are fulfilled when we have dispatched your order or you have collected it.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Restricted Areas: We may not be able to deliver to restricted areas including, but not limited to, military bases, immigration areas of Changi Airport, and some offshore islands. Our delivery agent will contact you if this is the case.
3.2 Delivery Issues: We may not be able to deliver within the scheduled date and timeslot due to Product unavailability, delivery to restricted areas, or errors in the recipient’s name or delivery address provided by you.
3.3 Delays: We strive to ensure timely delivery or collection. However, delays may occur during busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. We will announce this on our website or notify you if delays are expected.
4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
4.1 Perishable Products: Orders once accepted cannot be canceled, and Products once delivered cannot be returned. Payments will not be refunded unless agreed upon in writing.
4.2 Unsatisfactory Products: If the Product you received is unsatisfactory, please inform us, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

7.2 Third-Party Rights: A person or entity who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B).
7.3 Assignment: None of the rights or obligations under these Terms may be transferred or assigned without our written agreement.
7.4 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law. You and Little Forest Flowers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
7.5 Severability: If any of these Terms are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
7.6 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Little Forest Flowers and supersede all previous representations and agreements, whether verbal or written.
7.7 Inconsistencies: If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms and any other written document or correspondence, these Terms shall prevail.
7.8 Amendments: No amendment to these Terms shall be effective unless agreed upon in writing by us.
